Director
Roger has been in the motor industry, in some form, all his working life, with the last 17 years being within the coooperative business.
Roger believes in the application of cooperative principles in everything he does and is a fiercely loyal kiwi.
We don't manufacture motor vehicles here anymore, however we should, where possible, keep profits here in NZ for our sustainable future. Roger lives in South Wairarapa with his wife Richmel and two children.

Kevin served a long distinguished career as a senior police officer before returning to the motor industry 13 years ago. As Blackfern's voted member director Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge especially around governance and represents the voice of the members at the board table.
Kevin resides in Masterton with his wife, children, and grandchildren... and his boat!
Director / Admin
Richmel looks after the Blackfern office and is passionate about providing a positive customer experience when the members contact the admin desk.
She comes to the industry with over 30 years of customer service experience which includes managing a helpdesk team within a major banking group and IT provider.
In addition, Richmel is also a fully qualified librarian.
